However, Region 4 reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in Region 4’s sole discretion are objectionable or in violation of these terms and conditions.

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Region 4 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, Region 4 materials. You specifically acknowledge and agree that Region 4 is not liable for any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of any user. If you are dissatisfied with any Region 4 material, or with any of Region 4’s terms and conditions, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using Region 4.

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to Service Region 4.

This agreement is effective until terminated by Region 4, at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the bulletin boards and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the bulletin boards, the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities set forth in this agreement, shall survive.

The esc4.net website ("Site") is maintained by Region 4, 7145 West Tidwell, Houston, TX 77092. We can be reached by e-mail at webmaster@esc4.net.

We explicitly ask when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). Region 4 webWorks collects information online primarily to make it easier and more rewarding for you to use our services. Depending on the service you are accessing, you could be asked at various times to provide information such as your name, email address, or information about what you like and do not like. On other occasions such as when we provide online registration for events, we may request your credit card number to conclude the transaction, or your mailing address to ensure proper delivery. We request this information to provide our strongest value to you - a personalized online experience. We use your Personal Information to operate Region 4 webWorks and we may occasionally inform you of new features, services, and products from Region 4 webWorks.
