coaching pathways designed to support educators and leaders in implementing blended learning effectively.

Through our Blended Learning University, we provide structured coaching cycles that help teachers,
instructional leaders, and administrators build strong foundations, refine their practices, and ensure the long-
term sustainability of blended learning.

Pathway 1: Foundation Building Coaching and Feedback

A 4-month blended learning coaching cycle for teachers and staff that provides a structured approach to
support educators in effectively implementing blended learning in their classrooms. Coaching is designed to
build foundational knowledge, develop effective instructional strategies, and promote ongoing reflection and
improvement.

Pathway 2: Coaching and Feedback to Deepen Implementation and Evaluate

A 4-month blended learning coaching cycle for teachers/staff that provides structured support for those that
are currently implementing blended learning beyond the foundational level. Coaching is designed to take
teachers’ implementation of blended learning to the next level. It focuses on refining practices, evaluating
impact, reflecting on experiences, and planning for sustainability.

A 4-month blended learning coaching cycle for campus and district leaders that is designed to support the
effective planning for and implementation of blended learning. The plan focuses on building a strong
foundation, designing effective strategies, monitoring implementation, and ensuring sustainability.
