Minimum Qualifications
- Superintendent Certification
- Minimum 3 Years of Classroom Experience
- Minimum 2 Years of Principal Experience
- Minimum 2 Years in Central Office / Senior executive roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Superintendent Experience
- Experience in Texas Public Schools
- Doctorate
- Knowledge of Texas Legislative Priorities
- Proven success in managing district budgets exceeding $50 million and overseeing bond projects or major construction initiatives.
- Evidence of leading academic excellence initiatives, such as measurable reading, math, or college-readiness goals.
- Strong record of building partnerships with local businesses, higher education institutions, and civic organizations.
