Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a superintendent, executive director, or senior leader in a public charter school or comparable educational setting
- Strong knowledge of public charter school finance, budgeting, and accountability systems
- Demonstrated success leading organizational growth, expansion, or scale
- Experience working effectively with a governing board
- A collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills
