The Multilingual Support Team at Region 4 exists to support all educators and leaders with the implementation of research-based practices in the areas of Bilingual and ESL programs, Title III Part A requirements, B/ESL certification, curriculum and instruction/assessment practices, and results driven accountability. Professional learning services are offered through open enrollment sessions, coaching, customized staff development, and technical assistance.
