The mission of the Office of Emergency Management and School Safety Department is to provide realistic, reliable, and relevant emergency management and crisis management resources and services to our Region 4 partners.  Our vision is to be a trusted partner of choice for our learning communities seeking to build organizational capacity and desiring innovative emergency management and school safety services. At the same time, enhancing Region 4’s organizational reputation as reliable District Advancement Champions.
