EALS focuses on foundational systemic support and tools related to Observation and Feedback, Data-Driven Instruction, and High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) Internalization. EALS-Aligned FLIPS (EAF) offers training and 1:1 support with campus teams to strengthen the strong leadership and planning practices and systems outlined in Lever 1 of the Effective Schools Framework.
