Texas Instructional Leadership (TIL) provides training and support to campus and district leaders to help build the capacity of the educators they manage. Topics include Data-Driven Instruction, Observation and Feedback, Schoolwide Culture Routines, and High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) Internalization. Campus leadership teams and their principal supervisor participate in a cadence of three to five cycles of face-to-face training on key instructional leadership levers, embedded with implementation support and one-on-one coaching.
