This academy is ideal for:
  • Individuals pursuing superintendency as a career choice,
  • Administrators or principals seeking a senior central office position, and
  • Central office administrators pursuing a better understanding of the superintendent’s role.

Included are six full-day, in-person sessions designed to:
  • Deepen your knowledge of issues critical to superintendent success
  • Connect you with prominent, practicing superintendents
  • Offer valuable networking and mentoring opportunities
  • Feature expert guest speakers with statewide recognition

The academy does not include the Texas Superintendent certification.
