The District Testing Coordinator (DTC) Leadership Network is a committee of superintendent-appointed individuals. Members receive current state and local updates on all areas related to statewide assessments. The network’s goal is to identify trends and issues affecting districts, provide feedback on services offered by Region 4 ESC, and to network with other professionals.
