The Region 4 Dyslexia team offers targeted professional learning sessions to support effective implementation of Reading by Design®, a systematic, explicit, and intensive literacy intervention for K–12 students. These sessions are designed for teachers, interventionists, and administrators to deepen instructional practice, ensure fidelity, and adapt the program to meet diverse student needs.

Professional Learning Offerings Include:

  • Reading by Design Administrator Training – Learn how to observe and support implementation with confidence.

  • Refreshing Your Reading by Design Instruction – Revisit core strategies and enhance your instructional delivery.

  • Adapting Reading by Design (Specially Designed Instruction) – Tailor instruction to meet the needs of students served through special education.

  • Reading by Design Bridge Training for Dyslexia Interventionists – Transition from another dyslexia program into Reading by Design with focused guidance and support.
