  • Curriculum Alignment and High-Impact Instruction

    Ensure curriculum materials and instruction are aligned with state standards to promote student success. Sessions will explore strategies for cross-curricular alignment, implementing high-impact instructional practices, and integrating project-based learning.   • Student Support Systems and Retention Strategies

    Strengthen academic and social-emotional support systems to improve student retention, engagement, and graduation outcomes. Sessions will focus on building interventions, mentorship initiatives, and comprehensive student support networks. Audience: School Counselors, Teams supporting Multilingual, Special Education, High Mobility Populations, 504 plans, Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RTI), and Emergency Response

  • Leveraging Financial Resources for Sustainability and Innovation

    Maximize funding and external resources to support sustainable, student-focused strategies. Sessions will highlight effective use of fiscal resources, grant funding, and accurate data reporting to align financial decisions with district goals. Audience: External Funding, Grant Manager, Compensatory Education, Chief Financial Officer, Team supporting Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS)
