Elevate Leadership. Transform Schools.

Leadership today requires more than compliance. It demands vision, collaboration, and the ability to drive student outcomes through effective teacher development. Region 4’s Campus Cohort Consortium (C3) provides campus leaders with the structure and support to strengthen their impact.

The new Campus Cohort Consortium (C3) is a six-session leadership experience for campus administrators who coach and supervise teachers. Designed to strengthen leadership capacity and improve instruction, C3 combines micro-credentials, collaborative networking, and flexible sessions to help leaders drive teacher growth and student success.

Due to increased interest, Cohort registration has been extended through Friday, October 17, 2025.
