Jennifer Lynn Swanson
Jennifer Lynn Swanson is a special education attorney who advocates for children and families across Texas. With nearly a decade of experience as a Texas public school special education teacher, she brings a rare blend of classroom insight and legal expertise to the ARD/IEP process. Her work focuses on supporting students with disabilities through IEPs, 504 plans, evaluations, and representation in meetings and hearings.
