Up to $198,306 commensurate with experience
Primary Purpose:
The Associate Superintendent for School Improvement and Compliance is responsible for various administrative operational areas and educational programs of schools and departments in the District. Serve in the absence of the Superintendent as requested.
Education/Certification:
• Master’s degree in Education or closely related field from an accredited college or university recognized by the US Department of Education. Doctorate’s degree preferred
• Valid Texas Superintendent Certification (Required)
• Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and available transportation during entire workday to travel to sites in the Humble ISD area
Experience:
• Minimum 10 years successful experience as a high level administrator in a medium to large public school district
• Alternatives to Education/Certification and Experience qualifications as the Superintendent may find appropriate such as but not limited to:
o Experience as a Principal and as a Central Staff Administrator of rank equal to that of Director or higher
• Demonstrated success of campus/district level improvement in student achievement
