The Region 4 Accountability, Research, and Compliance Support (ARCS) team is dedicated to prioritizing student outcomes by providing comprehensive resources and support to school districts, campuses, and charter schools across the region, in alignment with TEA’s strategic initiatives. We offer expert guidance and professional learning opportunities focused on enhancing student success in a wide array of areas. Our team works collaboratively to empower districts to meet state and federal requirements while driving continuous improvement and student achievement. We support Accountability, Assessment, Career and Technical Education, College, Career, and Military Readiness, Gifted and Talented/Advanced Academics, Special Populations with High Mobility (including Homeless, Migrant, Foster Care, and Military-Connected Students), At Risk and State Compensatory Education, Counseling, Section 504, and State and Federal Programs.
