We deliver accurate, timely, and relevant guidance for district and campus leaders, testing coordinators, and administrators through professional learning, technical assistance, and on site support. In partnership with the Texas Education Agency, our assessment team ensures districts stay current on testing requirements, policy updates, and implementation expectations. From test preparation and online assessment readiness to data management, reporting, and issue resolution, Region 4 helps districts strengthen assessment systems, reduce risk, and support student success across all testing environments.

State Assessments

We deliver accurate, timely, and relevant support and professional development for campus and district leaders. In partnership with the Texas Education Agency (TEA), our team ensures access to the latest information and guidance on the statewide assessment program. We provide training, support, and technical assistance to administrators, district and campus testing coordinators (DTCs and CTCs), and leadership at all levels. Additionally, we offer on-site assistance to coordinators, covering all aspects of assessment management, including preparation for online assessments.
