The Center for Strategic District Support aids superintendents in transforming their districts through the provision of strategically aligned, comprehensive supports that create a culture of continuous improvement, elevating the student experience and increasing the number of high-performing schools district-wide.
With a focus on high-leverage systems and practices, the Center provides districts and charter schools with technical assistance; timely, relevant trainings; and resources designed to promote safe and healthy schools through health and wellness, emergency management and operations, and school culture and climate, as well as law, policy, and finance.
The Center provides a menu of supports in areas such as the Effective District Framework, the Effective Schools Framework, School Improvement, Texas Instructional Leadership, Superintendent Training, Board training, and other services tailored to the needs of each Region 4 district.
