Session Formats

• Keynote: 30–45 minutes

• Breakout: 45–60 minutes

• Panel: 3–4 speakers + moderator

• Live Demo: Indoor or outdoor (e.g., safety drill)

Deadline: December 19, 2025
Submit a short bio, session title, 150-word description, and preferred format.
Selected presenters receive complimentary registration and recognition in event materials.
