On June 16, Region 4 surprised Dr. Tory C. Hill of Channelview ISD with the news that he had been selected as Region 4’s 2026 Superintendent of the Year. The recognition honors outstanding leadership and a commitment to student success.
Following the announcement from Region 4 Executive Director Dr. Rodney Watson, Dr. Hill celebrated the recognition alongside his wife and members of his leadership team.
