Specialists are available to meet with LEAs to determine specific needs in the areas of transitional bilingual or dual language programs, elementary or secondary ESL instruction, ESOL/ELLA/ELDA, Spanish language arts and instructional supports for emerged bilingual students. Based on these needs, professional development may be customized to meet the unique needs identified.
