The Region 4 Access to the General Curriculum (AGC) Conference, formerly the Region 4 Inclusive Practices Conference, reflects updated K–12 educational language and statewide guidance while continuing to bring educators together to strengthen access and involvement for all learners in the general education classroom.

Pam Tupy

Pam Tupy is an education consultant and longtime advocate for inclusive, student-centered learning environments. With more than 25 years of experience across elementary, secondary, and special education settings, she has dedicated her career to helping educators build classrooms where every student feels supported, challenged, and connected. Her work focuses on Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS), co-teaching, and inclusive instructional practices that support individualized learners. Pam is also certified in Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) and is especially passionate about supporting gifted and Twice Exceptional (2e) students through meaningful, accessible learning experiences.

Dr. Lori Elliott

Dr. Lori Elliott is an educator, author, and instructional consultant with nearly 30 years of experience supporting teachers and students through engaging, authentic learning experiences. Having served as a classroom teacher, technology integration specialist, and literacy coordinator, she is widely recognized for helping educators bring project-based learning, literacy, and technology integration into meaningful classroom practice. Dr. Elliott is the author of several professional learning books, including Project-Based Learning Anywhere! and Teach Like a Techie. Known for her energetic and practical presentation style, she partners with educators across the country and internationally to support effective instructional practices that strengthen student engagement, collaboration, and real-world learning.

Dr. Valerie Camille Jones Ford

Dr. Valerie Camille Jones Ford is the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Ron Clark Academy and an internationally recognized mathematics educator known for making complex concepts engaging and accessible for all learners. She has trained more than 100,000 educators worldwide and is celebrated for innovative teaching strategies that blend mathematics, creativity, technology, and student engagement. A recipient of the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching, Dr. Ford has been recognized by former President Barack Obama and Congressman John Lewis for her impact in education. Her work focuses on building student confidence in mathematics while supporting educators in creating meaningful, high-impact learning experiences.
