Region 4’s Restorative Practices services support campuses in building strong relationships, improving school climate, and reducing behavioral disruptions through a structured, tiered training model. Educators, administrators, and specialists gain practical tools to implement strategies like community circles, harm repair conferences, and re-entry support that promote accountability and connection. With training available from early childhood through Tier 3 interventions, our approach equips schools to foster respectful, student-centered environments where every learner feels seen, supported, and responsible.
