Call for Presenters
We invite educators, specialists, and experts to share their knowledge as a presenter at the 2025 Region 4 Mathematics Conference. Presenters play a vital role in sharing strategies that influence positive outcomes in classrooms and campuses beyond their own.
- Proposal Deadline: October 3, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance: Week of October 20, 2025, via email
Conference fees are waived for one presenter per proposal. Multiple proposals require a separate form for each.

Choose the format that works best for you! Join us in person for the full conference experience at the Region 4 McKinney Conference Center, or attend virtually from anywhere with live Zoom sessions. We use the Whova event app, where you’ll find day-of updates, schedules, and all on-demand content.
This conference is designed for instructional coaches, instructional specialists, mathematics teachers, special education administrators, and special education teachers who are seeking strategies, resources, and collaboration to support student success.
