The Region 4 TSL team will facilitate the Superintendent, Board of Trustees, and the district Steering Committee through a comprehensive strategic planning process aligned to the Effective District Framework. The deliverables include landscape analysis findings, a strategy on a page, an updated mission statement and vision statement, updated core values, a portrait of a graduate, student outcome goals, and the envisioned student experience.
