Jan Cook, M.Ed., C-SLDS
With more than 37 years in education, Jan Cook brings extensive experience in dyslexia, literacy, and K–12 instructional leadership. She serves as Assistant Director of Dyslexia at Region 4 Education Service Center and is an IDA Structured Literacy Dyslexia Specialist.
Kay Willgrubs, C-SLDS
Kay Willgrubs brings more than 30 years of experience as a dyslexia interventionist and structured literacy educator. A consultant with Roan Reading Solutions, she specializes in helping educators implement Reading by Design® and evidence-based reading instruction effectively.
Jennifer Brock, EdD
Dr. Jennifer Brock serves as Chief of the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at Region 4 Education Service Center. A longtime champion of literacy-focused systems, she leads work centered on instructional quality, educator capacity, and evidence-based learning.
