The person in this position will be responsible for providing support to students and parents in effective college and career planning. Coordinating the transition of LCISD graduates into academic and/or business endeavors is the main goal of this position. Educational Plans of Study and transition of students from high school to college and careers will be supported by the facilitator and they will work as a liaison between the school district and post-secondary choices to aide in this transition.
