Primary Purpose: Serve as the District’s chief legal advisor, providing comprehensive in-house legal support and counsel to the Superintendent, Board of Trustees, and district leadership to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and protect the District’s legal and operational interests. Oversee and coordinate District legal services, including consultation with outside counsel, and provide guidance on governance, policy, contracts, regulatory matters, public information requests, risk management, and strategic initiatives.
