PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To support and enhance the quality of instruction for Emergent Bilinguals (EBs) at the secondary level. This
position focuses on coaching teachers, improving instructional practices, and increasing student academic
and language achievement within a multicultural and multilingual framework.
