PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Title I Teaching & Learning Coach will assist with closing the student achievement gap and
accelerating learning for all students by building teacher capacity through job-embedded professional
learning and implementation of effective instructional practices. The Title I Teaching & Learning Coach will
support and provide coaching to improve classroom instruction that leads to improved student achievement.
The Title I Teaching & Learning Coach will work with individual students and/or small groups of students to
provide focused interventions and progress monitoring to improve academics for all students.
