Region 4 Support for LASO Cycle 4 Educator Preparation Post-Award Planning and Implementation

Activating Your LASO Cycle 4 Teacher Pipeline with Region 4 Inspire Texas

Now that LASO Cycle 4 awards are being issued by the Texas Education Agency, Region 4 Inspire Texas is ready to help awarded districts activate and implement their PREP Program Allotment. We support educator preparation through residency preservice, Grow Your Own pathways, and mentorship programs aligned with HB 2 requirements and district workforce goals.

Register for the LASO Engage Network

Developing educators starts with intentional planning.

Join the LASO Engage Network—an in-person event where district leaders and teams come together to strengthen mentorship, residency, and grow-your-own pathways that support aspiring educators.

This session is designed for districts engaging with LASO initiatives and looking to move from planning to implementation. Participants will collaborate with peers, work through real questions, and gain clarity on program requirements and expectations. Connect, share strategies, and leave with practical next steps to support and sustain your educator workforce.

Date: Tuesday, June 16 | Location: Region 4 McKinney Conference Center
