T-TESS: Field Supervisors of Teaching Candidates: Teacher Observations

This T-TESS training prepares field supervisors to effectively observe, coach, and evaluate clinical or intern teachers. Participants will explore the T-TESS rubric, practice collecting evidence, and strengthen feedback and observation skills aligned with Texas educator standards.
