Education Service Centers (ESCs) partner with the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) to provide training and technical assistance to contracting entities participating in the School Breakfast Program, National School Lunch Program, Summer Food Service Program, and the Child and Adult Care Food Program. ESCs offer complete, no-cost training and technical assistance services funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and administered by TDA.
Region 4 Child Nutrition Services provides school districts, charter schools, private schools, residential child care institutions, and child and adult care facilities with a comprehensive range of technical assistance and support designed to assist child nutrition staff in meeting federal, state, and local program requirements.
