Region 4 ESC is hiring an Executive Success Partner— Superintendent & Board Services—a unique adjunct opportunity for retired or former superintendents who want to continue making a difference. This flexible role allows you to stay connected to the work you love without returning to a full-time position.

  • Coach and advise sitting superintendents
  •  Provide executive-level insight grounded in firsthand experience
  • Support stronger outcomes for districts, leaders, and communities
